The placing of an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the client of Αlban Shρata's (hereunder “the Translator”) general conditions.

a. Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of the Translator's offer to sell. The Translator reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The Translator may require additional information before accepting any order. If your order was refused the Translator will not charge your credit card with any fees whatsoever.

b. Delivery:
- Delivery must be arranged via e-mail, in person, via EMS, UPS, FedEx or any other international express mail company.
- All deliveries are made at the client’s expense and risk.

c. Governing Law:
In the event the use of the services of the Translator results in any conflict, such conflict must be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Therefore, each client irrevocably agrees to submit, for the benefit of the Translator, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Albania.

d. Payment Fraud:
All necessary measures will be taken to verify payers’ identity. The Translator is entitled to inform any relevant authorities of any payment fraud or unlawful activity, and to employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Translator be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether the credit cards were reported stolen or not.

e. Prices
The prices posted on this site are in Euros, unless otherwise specified. The dates, times, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice and may be subject to additional conditions to those indicated on the site. The Translator therefore advises the clients to ask for confirmation of any information posted on the site. Click here to contact.

Any personal information the Translator receives will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, will only be used for the purpose it was received for and will not be passed to third parties except as stipulated by law.

The Translator guarantees the quality of work for each client. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, return the work to the Translator within 48 hours and the Translator will make the necessary changes to meet your requirements. In case you are still not satisfied, explain your reasons and return the work marking the parts of work you regard as erroneous. Your claim shall be professionally assessed and you will be refunded. Claims regarding the quality of work made later than 48 hours after the delivery of work shall not be refunded.

a. Clients dealing with the Translator for the first time may be requested to pay all the amount charge for the Translator's services in advance.

b. 2CheckOut.com Inc.(Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by the Translator. The accepted payment methods are: Electronic credit card Online and PayPal (through 2CheckOut.com gateway), Bank Transfer and Moneybookers.

c. In case of any delay in payment, the work on the project will be suspended until the client pays his dues.

6. ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS SECURITY:...............................................................

All major credit cards are accepted. For your protection, the Translator always verifies that your information is correct. For all your Online Payments the Translator uses the services of 2CheckOut.com. It implements the latest 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured on all its payment pages and data communication. 2CheckOut.com dynamic monitoring scanners, and the monitoring department do continuous monitoring and notify the Translator of any fraud or suspicious activity on his website.

c. The Translator will not be held liable for any typographical omissions or errors in the original document to be translated, proofread or typed.

d. The Translator retains the right to decline to take on any project at his discretion.

e. You must agree to abide by all of the provisions mentioned in this Agreement in order to remain an authorized user of the site. Your use of the site constitutes an agreement from your side to abide by those provisions.

f. You are solely responsible for your use of the site and for ensuring that your use complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement.

g. The Translator reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to change, limit, or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the site, as well as any aspect pertaining to the use of the Site.

h. The content provided by the Translator on the Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws and is owned, controlled, and/or licensed by the Translator.

i. The Translator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to his services, and numerous factors not under his control may interfere in the operation of his site.

j. If any provision of this Agreement is considered invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Certain names, words, titles, expressions, logos, icons, graphic elements, drawings, diagrams or other content appearing on the pages of the Site are commercial designations or trademarks held by the Translator. The unauthorized downloading, retransmission, copying or modification of trademarks, images, text or data contained on the site may contravene Albanian or international laws, and especially the laws pertaining to trademarks, industrial drawings or copyright, and may subject the visitor to legal proceedings.
Except for the purposes of navigating on the Internet, or unless otherwise indicated, it is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, store on any medium, retransmit or modify the information contained on the site, as well as to make public or commercial use thereof in any way whatsoever.
